Frosty ist ein voll beweglicher Charakterbär, der als Schneemann verkleidet ist. Er wurde aus einem luxuriösen und dichten, lockigen, dunklen Keksplüsch genäht, mit glatten Pfoten aus Wildlederimitat und flachen Füßen, so dass er ohne Hilfe stehen kann. Er hat liebenswerte glänzende, schwarze Sicherheitsaugen und eine handgenähte Kakaonase.

Zum Abschluss ein abnehmbares, flauschiges, weißes „Schnee“-Kostüm und eine Haube, mit einem samtigen, beerenroten Schal und glattem Satin für das „Knopf “-Trio, das über seinen Oberkörper läuft, ergänzt durch einen „alten“ schwarzen Hut auf dem Kopf , mit einer samtig gerippten Karotte.
