Mr Twist ist ein vollständig gegliederter Bär. Durch zufällig ausgewählten Plüsch ist jeder Bär ein Unikat in Lila-, Burgunder-, Gold- und hellen Pfirsichtönen. Sein langfloriger Plüsch hat lange, anthrazitfarbene Deckhaare. Seine pfirsichfarbene handgestickte Nase, eine leicht gestutzte Schnauze verleihen im einen liebenswerten Gesichtsausdruck.

Als Abschluss trägt er eine pfirsichfarbene Organza-Halsschleife.
